Rule 23
Inspection

(1) The registrar or an officer authorized by him may inspect any documents and records of the organization or association and it shall be the duty of the managing member or employee of the organization or association to allow such inspection.
(2) After completing the inspection as per sub-rule (1), the concerned officer shall submit the inspection report along with his suggestions in the format as per schedule-6.
(3) The registrar shall have the duty to correct the errors as written in the inspection report.
